When are you due?

If you've already delivered, simply put the dated baby was born.

Are you in labor or have you already delivered? (Its not too late to secure service)

If you have already delivered, make sure the placenta is in as container/bag, in a DISPOSABLE cooler and covered with at least two inches of ice. After 72 hours, the placenta needs to be double bagged in 2 one gallon Ziplocs and moved from the cooler/refrigerator, into the freezer.
